06 May 08 Sex and Religion - Respect Yourself
Question: I grew up in a strict Catholic family and I feel that this upbringing makes it difficult for me to enjoy sex? I feel guilty and can’t enjoy the pleasures. Any ideas?

You must appreciate your body especially your sexual bits be it the penis or vagina.
These organs are a gift from God and are designed to bring us pleasures. Who told you to deny them? It could NOT of been God. LOL! Denying this brings us frustration and is the main reason why you cannot enjoy sex. Sex is magnificent and it is normal for us to have sex like its normal for us to eat, sleep and walk etc…
Get rid of the sex guilt and start loving and respecting you.
