In the practice of Islam, there are a number of rules that followers are to follow in order to stay within the confines of the teaching of the Koran. First of all, you need to keep your sexual relations within your marriage, but the actual act of sex is not taboo.
Sharing physical pleasure is fine between men and women who are married and committed to each other, but the problem comes into play when certain acts are brought into the bedroom.
The first act that is Haraam (or forbidden) is anal sex. Thought to be dirty and unclean, this is something that is not practiced by moral partners.
In terms of oral sex, it seems that a male practicing oral sex on their wife is permissible, but when the woman performs oral sex on their husband, this is where it becomes trickier to decide. It seems that oral sex is permissible so long as it provides pleasure, but not so much pleasure that the woman might get some semen in their mouth.
In the end, many jurists have made the overall proclamation that it is permissible, but those of higher moral standing do not engage in oral sex.
And the choice is up to you.

Question: I grew up in a strict Catholic family and I feel that this upbringing makes it difficult for me to enjoy sex? I feel guilty and can’t enjoy the pleasures. Any ideas?
You must appreciate your body especially your sexual bits be it the penis or vagina.
These organs are a gift from God and are designed to bring us pleasures. Who told you to deny them? It could NOT of been God. LOL! Denying this brings us frustration and is the main reason why you cannot enjoy sex. Sex is magnificent and it is normal for us to have sex like its normal for us to eat, sleep and walk etc…
Get rid of the sex guilt and start loving and respecting you.
